” RDO is a family-owned company founded in 1972. Formerly known as Ressorts de l’Oise until the early 2010s, it was managed by Mrs. VANDEWALLE who transformed it into a modern and efficient SMI.

Since 2008, Mr. Sérafini has continued the business and since then the company has again been “”transformed”” considerably.

The company’s organization was streamlined by consolidating the company on a single site as of September 2010. The production facilities were modernized with the replacement of almost all the machinery. The workforce was renewed with the hiring of several engineers, technicians and set-up men to compensate for the retirement of the oldest employees. Major research and innovation efforts were initiated and co-financed by BPI Innovation.

In 2011, the company changed its name to RDO Springs in order to internationalize its business activities.

Finally, the acquisition of our affiliate company BONATRE and its complete integration in July 2018 strengthened the small and medium series division and enabled us to acquire specific know-how that is complementary to ours.

Thanks to the acquisition of BONATRE, RDO now has a third strong specialization, having added aerospace to its two previous specialties, which were the manufacture of springs for pumps and valves and springs for weaving machines.
