• Passivation
• Sub-contracting operations (painting, cataphoresis, complex chemical treatments)

RDO Springs is the first European spring manufacturer that has integrated a passivation line in its manufacturing process. The products are processed in an ISO-8 clean room.

The products pass successively through different baths to be treated. Some twenty specific processes have been defined and validated to obtain our customers’ desired performance[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1983″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” link=”/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/ressort-compression-gros-2.mp4″][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text el_class=”texte-savoir-faire”]The products are then transferred to a packaging line located in the same room. They are bagged immediately to ensure no third party pollution.

Multiple operations can be performed on the springs. Our partners, located near our production facility, can perform different post-production treatments:

• Painting, gilding
• Cataphoresis,
• Degreasing
• Complex chemical treatments; cadmium plating, copper plating, dichromate plating, tin plating, electrolytic treatments
• Oil quench
• ….
